Employees and student employees may request reasonable accommodation for their religious beliefs by completing the Request for Religious Accommodation form. Upon receipt, OIE will contact both the employee and their direct supervisor or manager. OIE will review the request, as well as any concerns, and will issue a decision. If granted, an accommodation agreement will be issued by OIE.
Students may request a reasonable accommodation for their religious beliefs by completing the Request for Student Religious Accommodation form. Upon receipt, OIE will review the request and will issue a decision. If granted, an accommodation agreement will be issued by OIE and the student is responsible for notifying the student’s professors/instructors of their accommodation before or upon commencement of classes or instruction.
