Rosa Macias serves as an Equity Officer/Investigator with the Office of Institutional Equity at New Mexico State University. She brings extensive experience in both family and criminal investigations, contributing a strong background in investigative practices and a commitment to fairness and due process.

Rosa holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, which has equipped her with the knowledge and analytical skills necessary to conduct thorough, impartial, and trauma-informed investigations. Her work is guided by a deep commitment to integrity, equity, and justice for all members of the university community.

Outside of work, Rosa enjoys spending quality time with her family and caring for her pets.
